Wipro Off Campus Drive for Project Engineer 2025:

Eligibility Criteria:

Degree: Candidates completed B.E./B. Tech. (mandatory) or ME/M.Tech. through a 5-year integrated course.
Eligible Branches: Only candidates from Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), and Circuital branches eligible to apply.
Year of Graduation: Applicants graduating in 2024.

Academic Qualifications:

10th Standard: Minimum of 60% marks or equivalent.
12th Standard: Minimum of 60% marks or equivalent.
Graduation: A minimum of 60% or a CGPA equivalent to 6.0 or above, as per university guidelines.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Backlogs: A maximum one backlog is applicable at the time of the Online Assessment.
Educational Gap: Maximum gap 3 years in education is allowed.
Graduation Gap: No gaps are applicable during the graduation period. Graduation must completed within 4 years from the start of the degree course.
Degree: The degree should be a full-time course recognized by the Central or State Government of India.
Period: Candidates who have already participated in an assessment completed a mandatory 3-month, invited for the next round of the test process.
Nationality: Applicants must be Indian citizens.
Bhutan and Nepal Nationals: Candidates from Bhutan and Nepal are required to submit a citizenship certificate.
Age Requirement: Candidates at least 18 years old at the time of registration.

Compensation Package:

Annual Salary: INR 3.50 Lakhs per annum
Flat Bonus: Flat bonus of 25,000 paid after 6 months of joining, which will be merged into the annual compensation package after 12 months of bonus payout.
Increments: Regular yearly salary increments.
Bonus: Bonuses merged into the salary on the 18th, 24th, and 36th months from the Date of Joining.

Selection Process:

1st Round: Online Assessment (128 minutes total).
The first round below three parts:
Aptitude Test: Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability, and English (Verbal) Ability. Duration: 48 minutes
Written Communication Test: Write essay. (Duration: 20 minutes)
Online Programming Test: Solve two coding problems. (Duration: 60 minutes)
Programming languages for the test: Java, C, C++, or Python.
2nd Round: Voice Assessment, This round test communication skills.
3rd Round: Business Discussion , In this round, Discussion on business-related topics.
